Financial Controller | High-Growth Tech / SaaS Scale-Up | London Hybrid£80,000–£90,000 plus bonus and benefitsI'm currently partnering with a high-growth Tech / SaaS business as they look to appoint a Financial Controller to support the next phase of their growth journey.Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a highly visible role within a scaling international business. You'll play a key role in developing financial controls, improving reporting processes and supporting the business as it continues to grow globally.Key responsibilities include:Owning the month-end close process and ensuring timely, accurate financial reportingPreparing monthly management accounts and supporting board and investor reportingManaging group consolidations across multiple international entitiesLeading the year-end audit process and acting as the key point of contact for external auditorsOverseeing statutory reporting, tax compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictionsSupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning activitiesPartnering with commercial teams to provide financial insight and analysisDriving improvements to financial controls, processes and governance frameworksLeading finance systems and automation projects to improve efficiency and scalabilitySupporting international expansion, including entity setup and operational finance requirementsManaging and developing junior members of the finance teamWorking closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and future growth plansCandidate ProfileACA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 firm2-5 years' post-qualified experience gained within industry, ideally within a Technology, SaaS, AI or other high-growth environmentStrong financial reporting, statutory accounting and audit experienceExperience preparing consolidated group accounts and managing month-end close processesExposure to multi-entity and international environments would be advantageousStrong systems aptitude with experience improving processes and controlsCommercial mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the businessHighly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentAmbitious individual looking to develop their career within a scaling businessInterested?This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 trained ACA to join a market-leading technology business and gain exposure to international growth, board-level reporting, finance transformation initiatives and a clear progression path within the organisation.If your background aligns with the above and you'd be interested in learning more, please apply or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
