Financial Controller

⚡ Role: Financial Controller💼 Industry: Advanced Manufacturing / Industrial Technology🌎 Location: Meza, Arizona💰 Salary: $180,000-200,000 base + bonus + benefitsThis is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing industrial technology business as it scales from pilot operations toward commercial manufacturing.The successful candidate will act as a key finance leader, helping build the accounting infrastructure, financial controls, and reporting processes required to support operational growth, capital projects, and long-term expansion.This is a highly visible role combining controllership, financial reporting, internal controls, and business partnering, with direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processesManage the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close activitiesDevelop and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial governance frameworksOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management processesSupport ERP improvements and finance process optimisation initiativesPrepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysisManage external audit, tax, and compliance requirementsPartner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysisBuild and develop a high-performing finance and accounting functionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline9-15 years' accounting, reporting, or controllership experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial controls, and corporate accounting practices is essentialCPA, equivalent professional qualification, or experience at a Big 4 is highly preferredExperience within manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, energy, chemicals, or other capital-intensive sectors preferredExperience managing audits, financial statements, and compliance processesStrong ERP, Excel, and financial analysis capabilitiesStrong communication skills with the ability to operate across operational and executive teamsExperience working within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments preferred📧 Interested?
