Novaturas also sells airline tickets and hotel accommodations, reaching a broad customer base through over 400 external travel agencies, its own sales offices in major Baltic cities, and growing e-commerce channels.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ConsolidationPrepare Group consolidated financial statements and standalone financial statements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with Nasdaq reporting requirements.Prepare Board and Management reporting packages.Financial Control & AccountingCoordinate and review the month-end closing process.Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.Manage IFRS accounting calculations and complex accounting transactions.Review and analyze profit and loss performance at both entity and Group levels.OPEX & Expense ControlOversee operating expense (OPEX) management, including monitoring, analysis, accounting accuracy, cost allocation, and reporting across the Group.External Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare financial information for banks, creditors, and other stakeholders.Support regulatory reporting and external disclosure requirements.Audit & ComplianceParticipate in external audits and coordinate the preparation of audit documentation.Resolve accounting and reporting matters identified during audits.Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.Management Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare management reporting packages and financial analyses.Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards in Power BI.Support budgeting and forecasting processes.Process Improvement & AutomationContribute to the improvement and automation of finance processes and reporting.Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant work experience.Knowledge of IFRS; ACCA/CFA qualification is a strong advantage.Good knowledge of Lithuanian legislation governing accounting.Good understanding of the principles of preparing financial and management reports.Excellent analytical thinking, information structuring and summarization skills, as well as the ability to manage large volumes of information.Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English language skills.Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is an advantage.Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Office.What’s offeredAn attractive organizational culture and an international working environment.Interesting work in an innovative and large-scale company.A hybrid working model.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Monthly gross salary from €3,500 (the final compensation depends on experience and competencies).
