With a highly scalable recurring revenue model and strong market position, the business is focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering value creation initiatives ahead of a future exit event.Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, investors, and key strategic projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes, and helping to build a best-in-class finance function.The RoleYou will lead all aspects of financial control, statutory reporting, audit, and compliance, whilst supporting commercial decision-making and finance transformation initiatives across the group.Key responsibilities include:Ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting cycleManagement of group consolidations across multiple entitiesProduction of board, lender, and investor reporting packsResponsibility for statutory accounts and external audit processOversight of revenue recognition and SaaS reporting metricsFull balance sheet ownership and control environment managementCash flow forecasting and working capital managementPartnering with department heads to support business performanceSupporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processesDriving finance process improvement and systems optimisationEnhancing financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworksLeading and developing a growing finance teamCandidate ProfileACA, ACCA qualified or equivalentStrong financial control and reporting experienceExperience managing audits, statutory reporting, and consolidationsPrior exposure to SaaS, technology, fintech, or recurring revenue businessesStrong understanding of financial controls and process improvementProven ability to lead and develop finance teamsCommercially minded with strong analytical capabilityConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsExperience within a PE-backed, high-growth, or scaling environmentSystems implementation or finance transformation experience beneficial
