FINANCIAL CONTROLLERDubai, United Arab Emirates | Full-Time | Hospitality IndustryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Finance function of our hospitality operations in Dubai. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Group CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving sound fiscal management across the business.Key Responsibilities•       Oversee the full financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.•       Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.•       Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies.•       Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements.•       Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax requirements, and all relevant statutory obligations. Manage and coordinate the external audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors.•       Implement and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.•       Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability.•       Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.•       Liaise with investors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.Qualifications & Experience·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting·      With 5* hotel experience and minimum 3 years’ experience as Financial Controller.·      Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and UAE regulatory compliance.·      Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax legislation.·      Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Sun Systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.·      Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing finance teams.·      Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.·      High level of integrity, professionalism, and commercial acumen.What We Offer•      Attractive, tax-free salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.•      Employment visa and comprehensive medical insurance for the candidate •      Ongoing professional development and long-term career advancement opportunities.To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your financial leadership experience and professional qualifications to admin@perfettihospitality.com
