Financial Controller

We’re supporting a global aviation business in hiring a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across Germany and Austria. You’ll enjoy international exposure with occasional travel, the chance to shape processes and drive performance improvements, and the benefit of being London‑based while operating with a genuinely global remit.Responsibilities will include: Full ownership of budgets, cash flow forecasting and management accountsPayroll, expenses, tax submissions and intercompany reconciliationsMonthly/quarterly close, accruals and Balance Sheet controlSupplier management and payment approvalsSupporting commercial negotiations and contract discussionsActing as the key finance contact for Germany & AustriaWorking closely with central finance hubsCandidate profile: ACA / ACCA / CPA qualifiedFluent German speakerStrong technical accounting and analytical skillsConfident operating independently and managing multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAdvanced Excel; SAP experience a bonusExperience in the German market is highly desirableIf you’re looking for a role with international scope, senior exposure and genuine ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
