Financial Controller - Immediate Start!Early stage B2B Marketplace£85-100kLondonHybridOur client is looking an experienced Financial Controller who can come into the business and take ownership of the finance function. This business is a high growth B2B Marketplace business that have seen year on year growth. They have no plans on stopping and have aggressive plans to double their revenue by the end of 2026.This role reports directly into a very impressive VP Finance.Responsibilities· Own the financial operations and reporting/accounting function - internally and to our investors and relevant authorities· Developing and improving the commercial models· Lead the audit process with external accountancy firm· Research and propose new approaches to work, new tools, and new best practices for the wider company· Updating processes and models as they continue to scale· VAT returns, and oversight of tax returns which we will continue to outsourceAbout You· Qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA) with strong Excel, Powerpoint or Google Suite skills· Experience in a finance leadership role· Experience with Xero is desirable· Group Audit experience
