Financial Controller

ASBIS Middle East is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee the company's finance function in Côte d'Ivoire. This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, effective financial planning, and providing strategic financial support to the business.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the company's financial operations in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies.Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, payroll, VAT, and other tax reporting.Maintain accounting processes aligned with statutory requirements, IFRS, and internal standards.Prepare monthly management reports and annual financial statements, including audit coordination.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities to ensure business liquidity.Oversee credit management, collections, and financial risk control.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and growth initiatives.Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and financial governance across the organization.Requirements:Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting leadership roles.Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting processes.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in commercial or production-oriented environments will be considered an advantage.Working Conditions:Fixed schedule.Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company.Constant interaction with global teams of professionals.International career opportunities.Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings.Competitive salary package and motivation scheme.By responding to the vacancy, you consent to the processing of your personal data indicated in your CV.For more, please visit https://www.asbis.com/gdpr-candidate-privacy-policyWe are on a mission to bring technology to everyone and are looking for new colleagues.
