Following a period of transformation and investment, the finance team is now looking to appoint a talented Financial Controller to help build a best-in-class finance function capable of supporting future expansion, strategic transactions and potential capital markets activity.This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong finance professional seeking broad exposure across international reporting, technical accounting, process improvement and corporate projects within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.The OpportunityWorking closely with senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of group financial reporting and technical accounting across a complex international structure.The role combines hands-on delivery with the opportunity to influence systems, processes and reporting standards as the business continues to scale. You'll play a key role in ensuring the finance function has the controls, governance and reporting infrastructure required to support future growth.Alongside core reporting responsibilities, you will gain exposure to strategic initiatives including financing projects, operational improvement programmes, international expansion and potential future corporate activity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the group's monthly and year-end financial reporting processes.Own the preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity international group.Act as the technical accounting lead across the business.Manage complex accounting areas including revenue recognition, consolidations and intercompany accounting.Oversee statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Partner with business leaders and regional finance teams to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy.Be a superuser for the newly implemented ERP – NetSuite. Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes and governance.Support external audit processes and key stakeholder relationships.Contribute to finance transformation and systems enhancement initiatives.Support strategic projects including financing activities, corporate transactions and longer-term growth initiatives.About YouWe're keen to speak with ambitious finance professionals who combine strong technical capability with a proactive and commercial mindset.You'll likely demonstrate:ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.Strong financial reporting experience within a multinational environment.Technical accounting expertise and a solid understanding of IFRS.Strong NetSuite experience or similar ERP.
