Financial Controller

Our client is a Norwegian owned technology group operating across Norway, the Netherlands, Singapore, Denmark and the UAE. They're appointing their first dedicated Financial Controller, reporting to the Group CFO, to take full ownership of consolidation, close, audit and statutory reporting across the group.What you'll ownMulti-entity, multi-currency consolidation (NOK/USD), intercompany elimination and acquisition accountingMonth-end/year-end close and balance sheet integrity; revenue recognition for a subscription software businessExternal audit as sole point of ownership, and statutory filings across Norway, Netherlands and SingaporeManagement reporting, budgeting/reforecasting, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR) and cash flow reportingWhat you'll needQualified accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA), 5–8+ years PQE, 3+ years in a controller/group accountant ownership roleHands-on experience building or running a multi-entity, multi-currency consolidationStrong IFRS command; personally owned a month-end closeBig Four (or equivalent) experience would be beneficialAdvanced QuickBooks experience, ideally as an operatorThe ability to work in a proactive, professional and accurate manner in a remote setting is absolutely essentialNordic/Singapore/Netherlands statutory exposure strongly preferred
