This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Financial Controller to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and help shape the next phase of business growth.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver monthly management accounts, financial reports, and key performance insights.Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the business.Oversee financial controls, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes.Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial analysis and support strategic initiatives.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and financial governance.About YouQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.Strong background in financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or another project-based environment is highly desirable.Advanced Excel and finance systems knowledge, with ERP experience viewed favourably.Commercially astute, proactive, and confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.As a Financial Controller, you'll join a growing and entrepreneurial business with ambitious expansion plans across the UK and Europe.
