Following investment, the business is scaling quickly, and finance is central to delivering its growth plan. This is a fully remote role.Reporting to the CFO, you will own the accounting and control environment and play a key part in strengthening reporting across the group.The roleLead the monthly, quarterly and year-end close across a multi-entity group, including consolidation and intercompanyOwn and optimise Sage Intacct, including dimensions, reporting, automation and system improvementsManage revenue recognition across time-and-materials, fixed-fee and retainer engagements, including WIP and deferred incomeOversee working capital, billing and cash collection, with a focus on lock-up and debtor daysPrepare board, sponsor and lender reporting, including covenant complianceManage statutory accounts and the external audit, and lead and develop a small remote teamAbout youACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with Financial Controller or senior Group Reporting experienceStrong, hands-on Sage Intacct experience is essentialBackground in professional services or another people-based, project-driven businessExperience in a PE-backed environment and the reporting pace that comes with itSelf-motivated and comfortable leading a team and building process remotelyThis is an opportunity to join a business with clear sponsor backing and a defined growth agenda, with real ownership of the finance function and full flexibility on location.
