The company develops high-quality, purpose-built assets including Grade A warehouses, distribution centers, logistics parks, truck facilities, industrial developmenRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role based in Riyadh. The Financial Controller will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounting processes, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining internal controls and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves analyzing financial performance, providing insights to leadership for decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and support strategic initiatives. The Financial Controller will also coordinate with external auditors, optimize financial systems and workflows, and help build scalable financial practices aligned with the company’s growth objectives.QualificationsMinimum 7–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a financial management, financial controller, or similar leadership role, preferably within real estate, logistics, construction, or related sectors.Candidates should possess strong skills in Accounting and Finance, with experience managing core financial operations.Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting and Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis.Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.Proven experience in a financial management or controller role, preferably within real estate, logistics, or related sectors.Strong knowledge of IFRS or relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo) and financial software, and strong Excel skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with a commitment to ethical and transparent financial practices.
