Financial Controller

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join a privately owned Professional service business and own the full financial control function. This is a senior, high‑visibility role working closely with the CFO.

Responsibilities

Group & Statutory Reporting: End‑to‑end ownership of Group accounts, subsidiary reporting and all external reporting requirements.Treasury: Cash management, liquidity oversight, forecasting and optimisation of funding and repatriation.Operational Finance: Delivery of a high‑performing transactional finance function with strong controls and efficient processes.Business Partnering: Month‑end close, Board reporting, performance insight and commercial challenge.Financial Control: Balance sheet integrity, control frameworks and risk management.What You BringACA/ACCA of equivalent qualified with industry experience.Background in professional services or SME'sExceptional communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.Strong leadership capability with a continuous‑improvement mindset.Resilience and adaptability in a high‑change environment.Please apply ASAP to be considered.
