We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE and KSA tax regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting standards, and multi-entity accounting operations. Experience in trading, retail, distribution, or group companies will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations across UAE and KSA entities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital.Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and bank reconciliations.Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable financial reporting standards.Manage UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and Saudi VAT and Zakat/tax compliance, as applicable.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.Monitor inventory valuation, costing, gross margins, and financial performance.Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.Analyse financial results and provide recommendations to management for improving profitability and controlling costs.Oversee payroll accounting, expense management, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.Support business expansion, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.Ensure timely submission of financial and statutory reports in accordance with applicable local regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory.Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including experience in a financial control, managerial, or supervisory role.UAE finance experience is essential; Saudi Arabia (KSA) experience is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and Saudi VAT and Zakat/tax requirements, as applicable.Good understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.Experience handling multiple entities, branches, or group companies is an advantage.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in both UAE and Saudi Arabian finance operations.Experience in trading, retail, wholesale, distribution, or multi-branch businesses.
