Financial Controller - Spanish Speaker

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller professional to join our client’s team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and business performance analysis within complex or capital-intensive operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.Analyze financial and operational variances and recommend corrective actions.Prepare management reports and financial models to support business decisions.Monitor costs, CAPEX/OPEX, and profitability.Support internal controls, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.Assist with the financial evaluation and management of concession contracts.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, management control, FP&A, or a similar role.Fluent/Advanced Spanish and English are mandatory.Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX, and cost management.Good understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.Experience in concessions, infrastructure, transportation, or other capital-intensive industries is preferred.Interested candidates with strong Spanish and English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
