It is a strategic launchpad for afuture C-Suite leader. The client is a Private Equity-backed, high-growth global leader in Primary SourceVerification (PSV). We are growing fast, processing significant transaction volumes with theoverarching goal to enable trusted global migration. We are looking for a Finance Director to join the "CFO Office" as a high-impact individualcontributor. You will initially focus on critical transformation projects—specifically our ERPmaturation, system-driven reporting development, and integrations—while acting as thestrategic right hand to the CFO.The Trajectory: You will start by leading projects, not people. Once you have optimized oursystems and demonstrated strategic value, the intent is for this role to evolve into overseeingthe wider finance function.Key Missions (The First 12-18 Months)The ERP Transformation & Systems IntegrationWe have recently migrated to the cloud. Your immediate mandate is to drive this from"implemented" to "optimized."● Defining "Optimized": To us, "optimized" means achieving Zero-Touch Automation forstandard transactions and eliminating manual spreadsheet interventions. It meanstransitioning from static monthly reporting to dynamic, system-generated dashboardsthat provide real-time visibility. You will build a system that serves the business logic, rather than constraining it.● Banking & Tech Integration: Lead the integration of our ERP with our global bankingpartners and internal proprietary software. We need automated, seamless data flow, notmanual workarounds.● Scalability: We are a high-volume transaction business. You must ensure our systemscan handle double our current volume without breaking.● Data Architecture: Work with IT and Finance to ensure the ERP structure supportsgranular, real-time reporting for a Private Equity environment.Strategic "CFO Office" ProjectsYou will operate as an extension of the CFO, handling high-stakes initiatives that fall outsidethe day-to-day general ledger / FP&A scope:● M&A & Expansion: Assist in financial due diligence for acquisitions and modeling fornew market entries.● Beyond Finance: Gain exposure to Legal, Contracts, and Compliance. You will review andassist the CFO in managing legal and compliance risks—learning to protect the business, not just oversee the financials.● Commercial Modeling: Partner with business heads to model pricing and productstrategies for new products in a dynamic, fast-paced market.Future Operational Leadership● While you won't immediately manage the large finance team (which is currently led by ourGroup Financial Controller and Head of FP&A), you must build the credibility to eventuallybe prepared to lead them.● You will act as a mentor and "force multiplier" for the existing leadership, helping themupgrade processes to match our significant growth rate. The Candidate ProfileThe Must-Haves:● Integrations: You have led or played a key role in an ERP optimization or complexsystems integration project (e.g., connecting billing systems to GL).● High-Volume DNA: You come from a sector with high transaction counts (e.g., B2C Tech,Logistics, Fintech, Telecoms, etc). You understand that in a high-volume business, a"small" process error may create a significant downstream issue.● Operational Ownership & Earned Progression: You understand that the "CFO Path" isa privilege earned through delivery, not a promise. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, dig into the data, and do the heavy lifting required to build trust. We are looking for abuilder who takes ownership, not just an overseer.● Your craft has been ensuring growth for an organisation through FP& A skills and craft.● Private Equity / High-Growth Pace: You are comfortable in a dynamic environmentwhere the goalposts move fast. You don't need a handbook; you write the handbook.● Qualified: CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA Finance with a solid accounting foundation. The "Future CFO" Traits:● Tech-Fluent: You can speak "API" and "Database" as fluently as you speak "EBITDA" and"Cash Flow".● Broad Aperture: You are interested in the commercial and operational engines of thebusiness—how we sell, how we deliver, and how we scale—not just the financedepartment.● Executive Presence: You can represent the CFO in meetings with senior stakeholdersand external partners. What We Offer● The Path: A clear, performance-based runway to senior group leadership.● The Mentorship: Direct access to a Group CFO who oversees Finance, Legal,Compliance, and M&A/Strategy financials.● The Perks: Competitive package with travel perks to our Dubai HQ and other globaloffices.
