Finance Director – Scaling Hospitality BusinessEquifind is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business as they look to appoint a Finance Director to lead the finance function through their next phase of growth. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute finance leader ready to operate at board level and shape the financial strategy of a scaling operation.The Role:As Finance Director, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. You'll drive financial planning, reporting, and controls across the business, while playing a central role in shaping commercial strategy, investment decisions, and future growth plans.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and reporting across the businessAct as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on commercial and financial decisionsOwn budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as the business scalesBuild and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes to support growthLead, develop, and grow the finance team as the business expandsPartner with operational and commercial teams across multiple sites/unitsProvide robust management information to support strategic decision-makingAbout You:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within hospitality, leisure, or a multi-site consumer businessStrong track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent commercial acumen with the ability to influence at board levelExperience building or scaling finance functions, systems, and teamsConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with investors, stakeholders, and operational leadersIf this sounds like something of interest, please apply or reach out to my directly!
