Financial Director

Director of Finance – London – Up to £200KMy London-based client, an international professional services firm, is seeking an accomplished Director of Finance to lead its European finance function.Working closely with the Managing Partner, European COO, Global CFO and senior leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations while helping shape the strategic direction of the function.Within this role, the FD will take responsibility for:Leading finance operations and teams across European officesManaging budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controlsOverseeing treasury, cash flow, tax, VAT and client accountsActing as COFA and overseeing regulatory compliance and the annual SAR auditProviding commercial financial insight to senior leadershipDriving finance process improvement, automation and systems implementationThe Finance Director will be able to demonstrate the following:Significant senior finance experience within professional services, ideally legalStrong leadership and senior stakeholder management skillsExcellent knowledge of financial controls, governance and reportingExperience of partnership accounting/tax would be advantageous.Extensive experience with Elite 3E or a comparable ERP platformA strong understanding of how technology and automation can improve finance operations.In return, you will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package.Please send your cv for immediate consideration.
