- Provide expert testimony in DIFC Court proceedings.
- Evaluate the design and appropriateness of structured products.
- Assess the management and actions of External Asset Managers.
- Analyze returns and coupons for market consistency.
- Determine correct client classification as professional clients.Your Profile
- 6+ years of experience in investment management or advisory roles.
- Deep knowledge of DIFC regulatory framework and DFSA rules.
- Proven expertise in structured products.
- Strong client-facing experience.
