In this part-time, fully remote role, you will help learners develop technical finance skills, understand key financial drivers, and translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.The ideal candidate combines hands-on FP&A or corporate finance experience with strong coaching and presentation skills. You should be able to explain financial concepts clearly, demonstrate practical modeling techniques, and guide learners through realistic business scenarios.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver online training in financial modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, exercises, case studies, and practical modeling assignments.Teach learners how to build integrated financial statements, cash flow forecasts, operating models, and scenario analyses.Demonstrate Excel techniques, financial formulas, model structuring, and best practices for accuracy and transparency.Explain key performance indicators, profitability drivers, working capital, and financial performance measurement.Guide learners through sensitivity analysis, assumptions testing, business valuation fundamentals, and decision-support models.Review learner assignments, assess modeling quality, and provide constructive feedback.Use realistic business cases to demonstrate financial planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.Keep training materials current with relevant finance practices, analytical tools, and reporting approaches.Adapt coaching methods to different skill levels and professional development objectives.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial modeling, management accounting, or finance training preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred.Strong proficiency in Excel and experience building financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.Understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, scenario planning, and business performance management.Ability to explain complex financial concepts through clear examples and structured instruction.Previous experience in coaching, tutoring, corporate training, or professional education is an advantage.Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Power BI, financial planning systems, or other analytical tools is an advantage.Ability to manage online sessions independently and provide timely learner feedback.What We OfferFlexible, part-time, fully remote working arrangements.Opportunities to share practical finance expertise with aspiring and experienced professionals.Collaboration with a diverse, internationally focused learning community.A professional environment that values analytical rigor, knowledge sharing, and continuous development.The opportunity to help learners strengthen financial modeling skills and make more informed business decisions.
