Financial Modeller (6-month contract)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – OnsiteStart Date: By 27 July 2026Experience Required: Minimum 6 yearsLanguages: Fluency in Arabic and EnglishAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Financial Modeller to develop a dynamic and scalable financial model that will serve as a budget management and tracking tool for the HR function.This is a manager-level role requiring strong expertise in advanced Excel, financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. The successful candidate will build models that assess multiple workforce intervention scenarios, quantify financial impacts under different assumptions, and support data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a robust, dynamic, and user-friendly financial model for HR budget management and tracking.Build and evaluate multiple workforce intervention scenarios.Quantify the financial impact of different assumptions and business decisions.Perform forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.Structure, manage, and automate large datasets.Translate business requirements into scalable financial models.Implement appropriate data validation and quality-control measures.Test models for accuracy, reliability, and usability.Prepare clear model documentation, assumptions, and user guidance.Present insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.Key Skills and CompetenciesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, dynamic models, and data validation.Strong financial modelling and forecasting experience.Expertise in scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.Experience conducting cost-benefit and business case analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to structure and automate large datasets.Excellent attention to detail, particularly in model validation and documentation.Ability to develop financial models, particularly in model validation and documentation.Ability to develop that are robust, scalable, and easy to use.Power BI experience is an advantage.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.RequirementsMinimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, forecasting, or a related field.Proven experience developing complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.Professional fluency in Arabic and English.Able to work fully onsite in Abu Dhabi.Available to start by 27 July 2026.
