Financial Modelling Manager - 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Financial Modelling Manager to join a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will develop and maintain dynamic workforce and budget planning models, enabling leadership and HR teams to evaluate workforce intervention scenarios, forecast financial impacts, and support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain advanced financial models in Excel for workforce planning, budgeting, and forecastingDevelop scenario and sensitivity analysis models to assess various workforce strategiesConduct cost-benefit analysis and business case assessmentsTransform complex datasets into user-friendly financial tools and dashboardsPartner with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insightsPresent findings, recommendations, and financial implications to leadership teamsEnsure model accuracy, validation, documentation, and governance standards are maintainedSupport budget tracking and workforce cost optimization initiativesRequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields.Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, dynamic modelling, and automation.Proven experience in financial forecasting, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysisStrong stakeholder management and presentation skillsExperience working with large datasets and translating business requirements into financial models.Knowledge of workforce planning, budgeting, or HR cost management is highly preferredPower BI experience is a plus.Experience within government, public sector, or large transformation programs is advantageFluent in Arabic and EnglisKey Skills.Financial ModellingFinancial Forecasting Scenario & SensitivityAnalysis Budget Planning & Tracking Cost-BenefitAdvanced Excel Power BI Management Data Analysis & Reporting Presentation Skills
