We are looking for a commercially driven finance professional to support business growth through insightful financial planning and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities✔ Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections.✔ Analyse financial performance by company, project, service, and location.✔ Prepare Budget vs Actual reports and investigate key variances.✔ Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and financial commitments.✔ Identify revenue leakages, cost inefficiencies, and profitability improvement opportunities.✔ Develop financial models and feasibility studies for new projects and investments.✔ Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.✔ Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.✔ Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.✔ Support financial controls, approval processes, and compliance initiatives.✔ Monitor financial risks, liabilities, and emerging business concerns.RequirementsExperience3–5 years of relevant finance experience.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:Budgeting & ForecastingMIS ReportingCash Flow ManagementVariance & Profitability AnalysisFinancial ModellingManagement Reporting & PresentationsEducationMaster's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, orMBA (Finance), orCA / CMA / ACCA (Qualified or Part-Qualified)Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel & Financial ModellingBudgeting & ForecastingPower BI or similar dashboard toolsZoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP/Accounting softwareP&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow AnalysisProject Costing & Profitability AnalysisStrong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholdersWhat We Offer✅ Salary: AED 6,000 per month✅ Employment Visa & Medical Insurance✅ UAE Labour Law Benefits✅ Career growth opportunities to Senior Business Finance Analyst or Assistant Manager – Business
