This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join an established and successful business where client service, teamwork and personal development are genuinely valued.The Farnham office is an established part of the wider group and has a close-knit team of around 29 people. The business has grown significantly in recent years, both organically and through carefully integrated acquisitions, creating an exciting but fast-paced environment. This is not a traditional corporate environment. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating confidently with clients and colleagues, and proactively looking for ways to keep work moving.Salary & Benefits£28,000 – £37,000 basic salary depending on experiencePotential flexibility on salary for an exceptional candidate25 days' annual leave plus bank holidaysLife Assurance & Income ProtectionPensionAccess to a flexible benefits platform, including Private Medical InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCycle to Work schemeAnnual leave buying and selling optionsRetail and lifestyle discounts and vouchersWill writing servicesStudy support for CII and RO qualificationsGenuine career development opportunitiesWorking HoursMonday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm or 8:30am – 5pmHybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and ParaplannersSupporting the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing clientsCommunicating professionally with clients by telephone, email and other appropriate channelsPreparing and maintaining client documentation and recordsSupporting the administration of pensions, ISAs, GIAs, bonds and other investment productsObtaining information and documentation from clients, providers and third partiesAssisting with client servicing and ongoing financial planning administrationUpdating and maintaining accurate information within the company CRM and relevant systemsEnsuring tasks are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescalesBuilding effective working relationships with advisers, paraplanners and colleagues across the businessIdentifying issues and proactively working towards solutions rather than simply passing problems onAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have around two years' experience in a similar Financial Services, Financial Planning or Wealth Management administration role.However, the business is also open to candidates who can demonstrate strong transferable skills and the right attitude. Graduates with the potential to develop a career within Wealth Management, as well as candidates who have already started or funded their own CII or RO exams, will also be considered.What matters most is that you are someone who wants to learn, enjoys working with people and is motivated to build a long-term career within financial planning.You will ideally have:Experience working within financial services, ideally in a financial planning or wealth management environmentAn understanding of pensions, investments and other wealth management productsExperience using CRM or financial services systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach to problem solving and process improvementThe confidence to work independently while also being a strong team playerA genuine interest in developing your knowledge and career within wealth managementBy applying for this position, you agree for your data to be stored by Swarm Recruitment until notice is given by you for it to be removed.
