FP&A Analyst/Associate opening with a Leading Credit Fund in NYC.The role is open due to growth of the firm and will work on a close-knit and fast paced team with a lot of exposure and growth potential!Firm Info:• $50B+ AUM Credit Fund in NYC• Hybrid 3x back in office• Midtown, NYC office• Paid for breakfast and lunch and snacks• Generous PTO• Amazing benefits (healthcare, 401k/matching)• Small finance team• Lots of exposure across the firm and to different teamsResponsibilities:• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.• Prepare spend vs. budget analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.• Perform financial analysis comparing forecasts, actual results, and prior periods to identify trends and business insights.• Assist with monthly close activities, including general ledger processes, expense allocations, and financial reporting deliverables.• Partner with business leaders to provide budgeting support, expense forecasting, and financial performance tracking.• Help improve reporting processes, develop new analyses, and contribute to special projects for senior finance leadership.
