Junior FP&A Analyst

Location: Nea Ionia, AthensWe are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and participate in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key business functions and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.Prepare monthly management reports and performance analysis.Analyze budget versus actual results and provide insights on key variances.Assist in building and maintaining financial models and business cases.Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to collect and validate financial information.Prepare month-end reports and support broader management reporting requirements.Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decisions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Audit, or a similar finance role.Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluency in Greek and English.Nice to HaveExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SoftOne.Exposure to financial modelling and business performance analysis.What We OfferGross monthly salary of €1,900–€2,300, paid over 14 salaries, depending on experience and qualifications.Private health insurance.Hybrid working model.Learning and development opportunities.Exposure to senior management and business decision-making.A collaborative and supportive working environment.The selection process follows the principles of fairness, equal treatment and non-discrimination, applying consistent, role-related evaluation criteria.
