This program provides Saudi nationals with hands-on experience, professional development, and meaningful exposure to a fast-paced technology environment.Role OverviewThe Junior FP&A Specialist supports the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes that enable executive and board-level decision-making. This is a hands-on analytical role designed for someone at the beginning of their FP&A career who is eager to develop expertise in financial planning, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.Working closely with the Senior FP&A team, you will help maintain accurate forecasts, prepare insightful financial reports, analyze business performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Financial Planning & Analysis within a high-growth technology company.What You'll Do?Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budget: gather input, update driver-based models, and reconcile actuals to forecastPrepare monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior year) across revenue, gross margin, and OPEX, and draft plain-language commentary on the driversMaintain and improve recurring reporting packs and KPI dashboardsPull and validate data from source systems and BI tools; flag data-quality issues before they reach the numbersHelp build financial models, and ensuring formula integrity, consistent logic across periods, and clean structureAssist in month-end close from the FP&A side (accruals review, cost allocations, segment tagging)Partners with stakeholders across finance and the wider business — department heads, budget owners, and data teams — to gather inputs, resolve discrepancies, and align on assumptionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitative disciplineInternship, cooperative training, capstone project, or university project experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, or a related analytical function is considered an advantageAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and maintain accurate financial models and reportsDemonstrated knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) fundamentals, including:Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)Budgeting and Financial PlanningFinancial ForecastingVariance Analysis (Actual vs. Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year)Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends and variances, and communicate key insights to support business decision-makingEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders
