Financial Planning & Controlling Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Controlling Specialist to join a multinational company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.The role will support financial planning, performance management and business decision-making, working closely with Finance and business stakeholders.Main responsibilitiesSupport budget, forecast and monthly closing processes.Analyze P&L performance, profitability, risks and opportunities.Monitor financial results versus targets and explain key variances.Provide financial insights to support business decisions.Support controls related to commercial policies and expenses.RequirementsExperience in FP&A, Controlling, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering.Strong analytical skills and business acumen.Advanced English.Experience with financial reporting and data analysis.Previous Big Four experience is a plus.
