Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with financial planning analyses, marketing through phone calls/mailouts, and strong 1 on 1 training with a full time advisor. The intern/trainee will also contribute to marketing activities such as drafting client communications, supporting social media or digital outreach, and earning potential by setting qualified meetings with real. The role involves collaborating with team members, conducting basic research, and ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail and confidentiality. If you are succesful you have a very high chance of being hired full time after graduation. Many of our best advisors began as interns.Disclaimer! You will be the only intern. This is not some corporate program but 1 on 1 training and shadowing with a real advisor. If you do well you can transfer to being a full time advisor after graduation or I will write a strong recomendation letter if advising isn't what you would like to pursue full time.
