Financial Planning Analyst

A growing organization is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and broader corporate finance while working closely with senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare financial models, management reports, and variance analysesAnalyze financial performance and key business metrics to support strategic decision-makingSupport month-end reporting and financial planning activitiesDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to improve financial visibilityAssist with treasury functions, including cash flow reporting and cash managementSupport internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and financial documentationPartner with business leaders across multiple departments to provide financial insightsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, financial processes, and operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field1–3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or audit experienceStrong Excel skills; financial modeling experience is a plusExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysisExposure to treasury, cash management, or audit support is preferredExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
