Financial Planning and Accounting Associate

Revenue, Billing & Accounts ReceivablePrepare, validate, and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.Monitor accounts receivable aging and coordinate collection efforts to ensure timely cash collections.Reconcile billing, customer payments, and outstanding balances.Coordinate with Operations and customers to resolve billing disputes and collection issues.Prepare AR aging reports and recommend actions to improve collections and reduce overdue balances.Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&APrepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.Develop monthly revenue, operating expense, EBITDA, and cash flow forecasts.Prepare cost of labor forecasts based on headcount plans, salary movements, overtime, incentives, attrition, hiring pipeline, and statutory benefits.Perform variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast, and provide meaningful explanations and recommendations.Develop financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions.Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify risks and improvement opportunities.Financial ReportingPrepare monthly management reports and financial performance dashboards.Analyze profitability by client, business unit, and service line.Support month-end close by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and financial analyses.Assist in revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Business PartnershipCollaborate with Operations, HR, Payroll, Sales, and other departments to gather assumptions for forecasts and budgets.Support pricing analysis, business cases, and financial impact assessments for new initiatives.Recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and working capital management.
