This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and tracking performance against organizational targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting variance and trend analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The role collaborates with finance, operations, and leadership teams to monitor costs, evaluate profitability, and ensure financial discipline across units. The individual will also assist in developing dashboards, improving financial processes, and supporting periodic management and board presentations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to support strategic and operational decision-making.Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data interpretation, variance analysis, and performance tracking.Candidates should possess experience in Budgeting & Forecasting to manage annual plans and periodic revisions.Candidates should possess proficiency in Financial Modeling for scenario analysis, business cases, and long-term projections.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.Strong Excel and financial analysis tools skills, attention to detail, and ability to present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
