The company values integrity, professional excellence, and long-term career development.Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support strategic and operational decision-making by preparing detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves analyzing historical financial performance, monitoring key metrics, and preparing regular management reports and dashboards. The analyst will partner with business and functional teams to evaluate initiatives, model financial outcomes, and provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation. Daily responsibilities include consolidating data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy of financial models, assisting in monthly and quarterly reviews, and supporting ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership. The role also requires maintaining strong documentation, adherence to internal controls, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Candidates should possess solid Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Candidates should possess knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, and basic accounting principles.Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a similar role in financial services or a related industry will be beneficial.Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
