Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Specialist

Responsibilities:1. Assist in preparing comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals.2. Provide support in forecasting and variance analysis.3. Perform all required financial analyses to support decision-making processes.4. Analyze key financial metrics and identify trends to drive improvement initiatives. 5. Support in preparing accurate and timely financial reports for external stakeholders.6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting.7. Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
