This role offers hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will work closely with the FP&A team to support strategic decision-making and gain exposure to the financial operations of a dynamic business.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses.Support and contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by consolidating financial data, preparing working files, and ensuring timely submissionsConduct financial and business analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.Maintain and enhance financial models, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data inputs and outputs.Support various ad-hoc financial analyses, executive presentations, and special projects as required.Work closely with teams across departments to gather, validate, and interpret financial and operational dataAssist in building and maintaining databases and dashboards to streamline reporting and improve data accessibility.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and commitment to data integrityProficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of financial modeling is a plus).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.Why Us?Be part of a mission to create a World without Currency Borders™Work alongside collaborative and diverse regional teamsGain exposure to cross-border payments, FX solutions, and global fintech innovationOpportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-growing companyFlexible hybrid work environment with a people-oriented cultureCompetitive remuneration package and employee benefits
