Purpose of the Job:• Lead the design and institutionalization of ADC’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) capability — a function currently absent within ADC’s accounting-oriented Finance structure — establishing annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.• Act as commercial finance business partner to Commercial, Business Development, and Supply Chain, translating ADC’s third-party distribution growth strategy into robust financial plans, margin analysis, and investment decisions.• Provide the analytical foundation — sales, margin, trade spend, and profitability analysis — that supports ADC’s transformation from a beverage-distribution arm into an integrated, third-party FMCG distribution platform.• Support ADC’s General Manager and Finance leadership with executive and Board-level reporting, KPI governance, and scenario planning aligned with AHC Group’s financial aspirations for ADC.Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:1. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ADC’s annual budgeting process across all business units, channels, and branches.2. Own the rolling forecast process, ensuring forecasts are updated on a defined cycle and reflect current commercial, supply chain, and market conditions.3. Develop ADC’s long-range financial plan in alignment with AHC Group’s five-year financial aspirations for ADC, including the target to double revenue to SAR 2.1 Billion by FY30.4. Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business scenarios, growth initiatives, and principal (brand) partnership opportunities.5. Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to evaluate the financial implications of new principal onboarding, channel expansion, and go-to-market initiatives.6. Partner with Supply Chain to align financial planning with demand planning, inventory investment, and cost-to-serve initiatives.7. Conduct sales and gross margin analysis by principal, channel, product, and branch to identify profitability drivers and risks.8. Perform pricing analysis and support pricing decisions to protect and grow margin across ADC’s distribution portfolio.9. Analyse customer, product, and branch profitability; provide recommendations to Commercial and Supply Chain leadership on portfolio and account prioritization.10. Evaluate trade investment spend and promotional activities; measure and report trade spend / promotional ROI to guide future investment decisions.11. Monitor and optimize working capital, including inventory investment, receivables, and payables, in coordination with Supply Chain and Commercial teams.12. Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts to support treasury planning and liquidity management.13. Evaluate capital investment proposals (e.g., fleet, warehousing, technology) and provide recommendations that support ADC’s operating model redesign.14. Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packs, providing the General Manager and Finance leadership with clear, decision-ready performance insights.15. Prepare executive and Board-level reporting materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with AHC Group reporting standards.16. Design and govern ADC’s KPI framework; ensure KPIs are relevant, measurable, and tracked consistently across functions.17. Develop and maintain financial dashboards, leveraging business intelligence tools to improve visibility and decision-making speed.18. Identify and lead financial systems and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual reporting effort and improve data reliability.19. Provide financial inputs to ADC’s S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle, ensuring the financial implications of demand and supply plans are visible to stakeholders.20. Conduct financial risk assessments across ADC’s commercial and operational activities; flag risks and propose mitigations to Finance leadership.21. Support ADC’s Delegation of Authority framework by ensuring financial evaluation and business case rigor for decisions requiring management or Board approval.22. Lead continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards, contributing to ADC’s broader operating model redesign and digital scale-up.Qualification:Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA is highly preferred.Experience:• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Financial Planning roles.• Minimum 3 years in a business partnering capacity, working directly with Commercial, Sales, or Supply Chain functions.• FMCG, distribution, or retail sector experience is required; multi-branch or multi-channel commercial environment experience is strongly preferred.• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Competencies:Technical / Functional Competencies:• Financial Planning & Analysis (Budgeting, Forecasting, Long-Range Planning)• Financial Modelling & Scenario Planning• Commercial Finance & Business Partnering• Management & Executive/Board Reporting• Cost, Margin & Variance Analysis• Working Capital & Cash Flow Management• Capital Investment Analysis• ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)• Advanced Excel & Business Intelligence (Power BI)• KPI Design & Dashboard DevelopmentBehavioral Competencies:• Strategic & Analytical Thinking• Business Acumen• Problem Solving & Decision Making• Communication & Influencing• Results Orientation• Accountability• Adaptability• Continuous ImprovementLeadership Competencies:• Stakeholder Management• Cross-Functional Leadership• Executive Communication• Driving Performance• Change LeadershipKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Budget accuracy (variance %) at consolidated ADC level, tracked monthly/quarterly.• Rolling forecast accuracy by SKU family, channel, and branch.• On-time delivery of monthly management reporting packs to the General Manager and Finance leadership (target: 100% on-time).• Quality and on-time delivery of executive and Board-level reporting packages.• Gross margin improvement contribution through pricing, mix, and trade spend analysis.• Trade spend / promotional ROI improvement across the principal portfolio.• Working capital days (inventory, receivables, payables) optimization.• Cash flow forecast accuracy.• Turnaround time and quality of business cases / investment evaluations supporting Commercial and Supply Chain decisions.• Adoption and usage of FP&A dashboards by Commercial, Supply Chain, and the General Manager.• Stakeholder satisfaction (Commercial, Supply Chain, General Manager, AHC Group Finance) with FP&A business partnering support.
