This role will work closely with business leaders to translate financial data into meaningful insights, identify opportunities and risks, and support informed strategic decisions.The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytically strong, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, financial planning, and periodic forecasting processes.Develop financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and business plans.Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets and forecasts.Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and improve profitability.Monitor revenue, costs, margins, cash flow, and key performance indicators.Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant financial movements.Support long-term financial planning and strategic growth initiatives.Evaluate business cases, investments, pricing decisions, and commercial opportunities.Improve financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools.Collaborate with accounting, finance, operations, sales, and other functions.Ensure financial analysis is accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, corporate finance, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial pla
