Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time and On-SiteRole Overview As a Financial Planning Analyst at CureMeAbroad, you will work with the founding team and leadership to build the financial foundation needed to scale the business.

You will own MIS, forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, reporting, and business analysis, turning financial and operational data into actionable insights for decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building models, and understanding business performance in a fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities ● Own monthly MIS and management reporting. ● Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, and projections covering revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability. ● Analyse actuals vs. budget/forecast, identify variances, and explain key business drivers. ● Track revenue, margins, unit economics, customer acquisition, costs, cash flow, and profitability. ● Build dashboards and performance reports for management. ● Support business planning and strategic decisions with financial analysis. ● Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning. ● Apply Investment Banking / Corporate Finance-style modelling and analysis. ● Improve reporting, modelling, and analytical processes as the company grows. Who We're Looking For ● 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, Investment Banking, Startup, Corporate Finance, or a related field. ● Strong understanding of financial statements, modelling, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis. ● Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling skills. ● Ability to identify trends, gaps, and business drivers while working independently.● Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to founders and senior stakeholders. ● Finance-first mindset with an interest in understanding businesses through numbers. ● CFA / MBA (Finance) / CA or relevant Finance/Economics background.
