Their mission is to help individuals and families achieve financial confidence through comprehensive planning, investment guidance, and exceptional client service.As part of a collaborative advisory team, the Financial Planning Specialist will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors, delivering financial planning analyses, enhancing the client experience, and helping drive operational excellence. This position offers a clear path for professional growth and advancement within financial planning, wealth management, and investment advisory services.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:Prepare financial plans, executive summaries, and planning deliverables to support advisor recommendationsConduct retirement planning, cash flow analysis, and other financial modeling to assist advisors in developing customized client strategiesPrepare reports, performance summaries, and planning materials for annual and semi-annual client reviewsParticipate in client meetings as a secondary advisor, supporting discussions and documenting key action itemsAssist advisors during prospective client meetings by presenting planning capabilities and responding to questionsSupport fee-based planning engagements, ensuring agreements are completed accurately and payments are processed promptlyContinuously expand financial planning knowledge, industry expertise, and proficiency with planning tools and workflowsClient Onboarding & Account Management:Partner with client service and operations team members to facilitate the onboarding process for new clientsGather required documentation and assist with account opening, transfers, and related paperworkCoordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition and positive client experienceClient Service & Relationship Support:Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and supporting ongoing account maintenance requestsDocument client interactions through detailed meeting notes, CRM updates, and follow-up communicationsTrack action items and ensure timely completion of client requests and Advisor follow-up activitiesMaintain accurate client records while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirementsSupport the delivery of a consistent, high-touch client experience across all client interactionsQualifications:CFP designation requiredSeries 7 and 63 or 66 licenses preferredBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field5–7 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, investment management, or a client-facing advisory support role preferredLeadership experience within financial planning highly desirableExperience utilizing financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial informationExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to a client-first cultureBenefits:Competitive compensation package based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunityMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage401(k) plan with employer contributionsGenerous paid time off program with significant increases after the first yearProfessional development support, continuing education, and licensing assistanceRemote work flexibility with quarterly company-paid travel for team meetings and collaboration
