Location: Woodall Rodgers TX – Hybrid only locals Interview : Video interview and Face to FaceRole SummaryThis position provides financial operations, reporting, and analytical support for the Technology Financial Portfolio Management function.The analyst may support areas including CapEx, OpEx, System Resiliency Plan (SRP), invoicing, forecasting, reporting, asset accounting, contractor financials, and other financial services functions.The role will support Financial Portfolio Management Leads by providing accurate financial information, analysis, reporting, and operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute assigned financial services processes and operational activitiesGather, validate, analyze, and maintain financial and operational dataPrepare forecasts, reconciliations, accruals, financial reports, and analysesSupport annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and five-year planningAssist with demand planning financial analysis and resource planningSupport CWIP monitoring, project placement in service, capitalization, and asset retirement activitiesMaintain financial records and documentation supporting audits and SOX controlsPartner with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and explain financial resultsDevelop insights and recommendations based on financial and operational dataSupport reporting and information requests across the Financial Portfolio Management teamEnsure compliance with applicable procedures, policies, and regulatory guidanceKey DeliverablesMonthly accruals, reconciliations, and financial close supportForecast updates and budget planning materialsFinancial reporting, dashboards, and variance analysisDemand planning and resource planning financial analysisCWIP tracking and in-service documentationAsset retirement records and analysisInvoice processing and payment trackingCapEx, OpEx, SRP, labor, and contractor financial reportingAudit support and SOX documentationAd hoc financial analysis and executive reportingRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or a related disciplineExperience working with Technology financialsExperience working with large data sets and performing quantitative analysisProficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsStrong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate financial data into business insights and recommendationsPreferred / Highly Relevant ExperienceCapEx and OpExAccounting principlesCapitalization and depreciationAsset managementTechnology projects and applicationsPortfolio financial managementFinancial reporting toolsCWIPInvoicingResource planningAudit/SOX supportEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
