Financial Reporting & Accounting ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting & Accounting Expert to join our Finance Department in Jeddah. The successful candidate will lead financial reporting activities, ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements, drive financial analysis initiatives, and support executive leadership through accurate and timely financial insights.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, enhancing reporting frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Develop management and financial reports for executive leadership and the Board.Lead period-end financial closing activities and ensure timely completion.Analyze financial performance and identify variances against budgets and forecasts.Review and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance practices.Prepare cash flow reports, financial forecasts, and budgeting support documentation.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities.Monitor and analyze financial KPIs including profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency.Support finance transformation initiatives, reporting automation, and dashboard development.Review accounting treatments for complex financial transactions and provide technical accounting guidance.Contribute to financial risk assessment and implementation of appropriate controls.Qualifications(Required)Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.Strong experience in preparing financial statements and coordinating with auditors and regulatory bodies.Deep understanding of IFRS standards.(Preferred)Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Professional certifications such as:SOCPACPACMAACCACFA (Advantage)Technical SkillsFinancial ReportingFinancial Statement PreparationIFRSManagement ReportingFinancial AnalysisBudgeting & ForecastingCash Flow ManagementFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Internal ControlsRisk ManagementAudit CoordinationVariance AnalysisFinancial ModelingERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)Advanced Microsoft ExcelData AnalysisRegulatory ComplianceSoft SkillsAnalytical ThinkingProblem SolvingAttention to DetailLeadershipTeam CollaborationCommunication & Presentation SkillsTime ManagementConfidentiality & Professional EthicsAbility to Work Under PressureCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive package as per company policyMedical insurance for employee and familyProfessional and dynamic work environment
