The firm operates across both agency-backed lending and structured finance and maintains a diversified portfolio.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of SEC filings and subsidiary financial statements and disclosuresPrepare and maintain periodic workpapers and analyses for supporting financial statement disclosuresPrepare and file Form 4s, dividend payments, and maintain accurate internal share count schedulesAssist with the completion of quarterly disclosure checklists to ensure financial statements and footnotes comply with current GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsParticipate in the preparation of reporting packagesMaintain compliance of SEC and NYSE rules and regulationsCoordinate external press releases and support investor relations functionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance2-4 years of experience within public accounting or at a public companyWorking knowledge of GAAP and internal controls over financial reportingReal estate investment experience preferredSalary Range$100,000-$110,000
