Financial Reporting Analyst | Dubai, UAEAbout the opportunityA fast growing smart mobility and parking technology company in the UAE is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join its finance function. You will own the preparation and presentation of financial reporting for the Chairman and the executive leadership team, turning complex numbers into clear, decision ready insight.CompensationAED 18,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experienceKey responsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI dashboardsAnalyse financial performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances and highlighting risks and opportunitiesPresent findings and recommendations directly to the Chairman and C suite in a clear, concise and commercial wayUse AI and modern reporting tools to automate reporting, improve data quality and speed up insight generationBuild and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting and strategic initiativesPartner with commercial, operations and leadership teams to provide financial context for key decisionsSupport budgeting cycles, board packs and investor or stakeholder reportingStrengthen reporting processes, controls and data integrity across the finance functionAbout youDegree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis or FP&AStrong working knowledge of AI enabled reporting and analytics tools, with a track record of applying them to improve reportingAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills, plus experience with BI tools such as Power BI or TableauExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to build polished, persuasive board level materialsOutstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage with the Chairman and senior executivesHighly organised, detail focused and comfortable working to tight deadlinesFluent English; Arabic is an advantageProfessional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CFA, or progress towards them, are a plusPrevious UAE experience is a plusWhat is on offerDirect exposure to the Chairman and senior leadershipA high visibility role in a growing, innovation led businessCompetitive tax free salary in DubaiThe opportunity to shape how AI is used in finance reportingHow to applyApply through LinkedIn or message us directly.
