With a focus on value-oriented and opportunistic investing, it has built a reputation for acquiring and transforming complex or undervalued assets.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly and quarterly journal entriesPrepare quarterly financial statements and assist in the consolidation processMaintain a strong SOX controls environment and ensure proper documentationAssist with the setup and maintenance of general ledger items including new accounts and legal entitiesPrepare quarterly equity, cash flow and AOCI statements to support SEC filingsParticipate in various financial reporting transformation projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required3-6 years of related experience within financial services and public accountingFinancial and SEC reporting experienceU.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise and consolidation experienceExperience with OneStream and/or PeopleSoft a plusSalary Range$115,000 – $135,000
