About The CompanyOur client is an investment firm that focuses its investments and acquisitions on pharmaceutical fintech companies.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of periodic filings with the SEC and prepare related supporting schedulesAssist in the preparation of the U.S. GAAP disclosure checklistPerform tie-out procedures on quarterly and annual financial reports, earning releases related materials, and other externally reported materialsReview and assist in the preparation of the annual greenhouse gas emission reportPerform benchmarking research of peer companies on financial disclosure and disclosure requirementsMaintain awareness of regulatory changes and expected changes to accounting policies or filing requirementsMaintain documentation supporting SOX complianceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting2-5 years of related experienceExperience at a public accounting firm or at a public company with SEC reporting experienceExperience with Workiva or Netsuite a plusCPA required or parts passedProficiency in Microsoft ExcelSalary Range$100,000-$150,000
