Financial Reporting Specialist | UAE National | DubaiWe're currently supporting a leading financial services organisation in Dubai in the search for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join its Finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UAE National to take ownership of financial and regulatory reporting within a well-established organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to a strong financial control environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial and regulatory reporting in accordance with IFRS, CBUAE Prudential Regulations and Basel requirements.Prepare and review periodic financial statements and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support and strengthen the organisation's financial control framework and governance standards.Produce management reporting, financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership.Work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support financial reporting and regulatory compliance.Requirements:UAE National (Family Book required)Minimum 3 years experience in financial reporting within banking or a similar financial services environment.Strong knowledge of IFRS, CBUAE regulatory reporting, Prudential Regulations and Basel requirements.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.Fluent in Arabic and English.If you'd like to learn more, please send your updated CV to goflaherty@firstpointgroup.com.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
