This role involves setting long-term vision and organizational priorities, guiding clinical and administrative leaders, and ensuring that patient care, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, making decisions on resource allocation, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, and championing initiatives that enhance patient experience and staff engagement. The Owner collaborates with executive teams, medical staff, and community partners to maintain the hospital’s reputation for excellence, support sustainable growth, and uphold the institution’s mission and values.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in executive leadership within healthcare or large, complex organizations, with a track record of strategic planning and operational oversight.Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, resource management, and long-term organizational sustainability.Deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, patient safety, and quality improvement practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communities.Commitment to ethical decision-making, regulatory compliance, and equity in access to care and employment.Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, medicine, or a related field; significant leadership experience may be considered in lieu of formal education in some cases.Experience working in or with academic medical centers, research institutions, or teaching hospitals is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Baltimore, MD and maintain a visible, accessible presence within the hospital environment.
