This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt includes managing client relationships, supervising project delivery, and guiding technical teams to meet quality and safety standards. The Owner will oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation, as well as support business development activities such as identifying new markets, partnerships, and service offerings. Daily responsibilities also include setting organizational goals, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven work culture.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in engineering services, project management, or a related technical field.Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and make data-informed business decisions.Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Solid understanding of budgeting, financial oversight, and business development principles.Familiarity with local industry regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes in Egypt.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, Egypt and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.Commitment to ethical leadership, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the organization.
