The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring that Hyper’s services remain aligned with client needs and market trends. Daily responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, managing key client relationships, guiding product and service development, and making decisions on resource allocation and budgeting. The Owner will lead and mentor the leadership team, establish performance goals, and foster a culture of innovation, trust, and accountability. This role also involves representing the company in partnerships, negotiations, and public engagements, while continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within technology or software-focused organizations.Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving growth and managing change.Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities, with experience building long-term client partnerships.Ability to lead and develop teams, foster collaboration, and create an inclusive, high-performance work environment.Understanding of digital transformation, subscription-based business models, and modern software delivery practices.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish and familiarity with the local business environment in Bursa, Türkiye are highly beneficial.
